COVID-19 Policy

The EYECONART Team are committed to keeping their clients happy and safe. We recognise this is a very difficult time for everybody, and the repercussions the pandemic has had on the global events industry. For this reason we have revised our booking terms and conditions and event setup. Our policy below outlines the procedures we will now implement at events for your safety and peace of mind. They are based on the recommendations and advice of the Masters Photographers Association.

If you have any questions on any of the points below, please don’t hesitate to contact our team: hello@eyeconart.co.uk.

With warmest regards, and stay safe, Jo, Jay and the EYECONART Team

EYECONART COVID-19 Policy

Booking Terms

We continue to offer maximum flexibility to our bookings. We’ve reduced our deposit from 50% to 25%, and all bookings are now fully flexible to reschedule to a new date or a new event or a different EYECONART service.

Equipment cleaning

Before and after every event session our equipment is deep cleaned by using disinfectant / isopropyl alcohol. All surfaces that could be touched are sanitised. Before and after every customer has their photograph taken, the EYESTUDIO camera attachment, and tablet / stylus is disinfected.

Social Distancing

The EYECONART crew will make every effort to keep the 2m social distancing advice at all times where possible at events. The photographers that take the pictures of guests’ eyes will be positioned behind a perspex sheet, with a purpose-made hole to fit the EYESTUDIO through to take the pictures. Guest queues will be managed in line with social distancing rules. Disposable gloves and masks will be available at our stand and these will be used as necessary and appropriate.

Self-monitoring

All EYECONART crew and customers will be required to monitor their temperature and health before the event. Disposable gloves and masks will be available at our stand and these will be used as necessary and appropriate.

Hand Washing

All EYECONART crew will be required to thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions. Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and customers requested to use these upon arriving to have their photograph taken.
